Unlocking professional excellence: Monika’s journey to mastering temporary employment through SEU exam preparation

Monika Struska, a dedicated professional in the field of temporary employment, recently achieved a remarkable accomplishment by passing the written exam for Temporary Employment Professional in Polish with an impressive score of 8.4. Congratulations, Monika!

Monika is currently employed at Oranje Groep, an international recruitment agency specializing in the placement of skilled crafters in the construction and engineering sectors. Her role primarily involves administrative tasks related to contracts and salary management. Understanding the rules and regulations governing temporary employment is crucial in her line of work, which is why Monika decided to pursue this examination.

Having worked in the industry for six years, she felt it was time to validate her skills and enhance her understanding of the profession. The preparation for the exam involved a significant amount of thinking and hard work.

“As I reflect on my journey of preparing for the exam, I am grateful for the time and effort I invested in my study. I started to find clarity in my work practices and began to realize why I had been doing certain tasks in a particular manner. The years of experience had taught me the intricacies of my role, but now I have a more comprehensive understanding, making my work easier and more efficient. Previously, I relied on my colleagues for information, but now I can rely on my own knowledge, which is empowering.”

Starting from July 1st, the Polish language exam will also be conducted online. ”This will be a significant improvement, Monika explains. In the written exam, candidates had to work with two sheets of paper, one with the questions and another one where they had to write their answers. This physical setup increased the chances of making mistakes. Thankfully, that will be a thing of the past with the transition to the online exam. It will reduce stress for candidates as they can easily navigate through the questions, select and adjust answers without the worry of incorrectly filling in the answer sheet.”

In conclusion, as Monika reflects on her journey of preparing for the exam and the knowledge gained through her dedicated study, she is thrilled to see the positive impact it has had on her work.

“I highly recommend it to everyone; investing a short period of effort in studying yields significant benefits in your daily work.”
